Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Property Coordinator to join a prestigious property management team in Chino, CA. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations of commercial and retail properties, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assist in managing tenant relations and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Support the property management team in the preparation and execution of lease agreements and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records using the Yardi system.
  • Organize and participate in property inspections, ensuring all properties are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports as required.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to facilitate property maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial retail real estate.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with Yardi is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000 per year, with no travel required.
